The Flourless 4-Ingredient Brownie
Makes : 4" round
Ingredients
¼ cup/25g - Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Procedure
1 cup/250g - Super-Duper-Useful- Applesauce (Add 1 tsp of Vanilla essence to this for additional flavor!)
2 Tbsp/42g - Pure Organic Honey
4 Tbsp/65g - Almond Nut Butter
4 Tbsp/65g - Almond Nut Butter
Procedure
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- In a bowl, combine the applesauce and nut butter to form a well-mixed thickish batter.
- To this, add the honey and mix well.
- Add in the cocoa powder and fold gently.
- Pour the thick batter into a round baking bowl or small baking tin.
- Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the brownie to cool before demoulding and serving!
- You can also use other nut butters( a paste obtained by finely pulsing the roasted nuts in a grinder.), like, pistachio, cashew, peanut and so on to make your recipe more interesting.
- Add in some walnuts, almonds or unsweetened chocochips to the batter to make the brownie yummier!.~
