The Flourless 4-Ingredient Brownie

Makes 4" round 

   Ingredients 

1 cup/250g        - Super-Duper-Useful- Applesauce (Add 1 tsp of        Vanilla essence to this for        additional flavor!)
¼ cup/25g         - Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp/42g        - Pure Organic Honey
4 Tbsp/65g        - Almond Nut Butter 

Procedure 

  • Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  • In a bowl, combine the applesauce and nut butter to form a well-mixed thickish batter.
  • To this, add the honey and mix well.
  • Add in the cocoa powder and fold gently.
  • Pour the thick batter into a round baking bowl or small baking tin.
  • Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
  • Allow the brownie to cool before demoulding and serving!

  • You can also use other nut butters( a paste obtained by finely pulsing the roasted nuts in a grinder.), like, pistachio, cashew, peanut and so on to make your recipe more interesting.
  • Add in some walnuts, almonds or unsweetened chocochips to the batter to make the brownie yummier!.~
